Your property will be marketed on all 4 of the top property web sites as well as many more including our own website and facebook page where awaiting tenants are notified the property is available.
We are happy to help with each step as you get your property ready. Each property will need an up to date Energy performance Certificate (EPC) and before the tenant takes up occupation we ensure that the boiler has a valid gas safety certificate.
All of our tenants must pass our referencing process which includes an employment reference to help confirm affordability and a previous Landlords reference along with a credit search and score. Our referencing company are so confident in their service that they will offer you a rent guarantee policy to prove it.
